PeopleSoft Benefit Admin Consultant

The PeopleSoft Benefits Admin Consultants will participate in the
implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and
post-implementation support on large-scale consulting projects.
As a Senior Consultant, s/he performs the majority of the engagement work
as defined by the client contract. They lead the delivery of major
portions of large or medium engagements

Desired Skills
- At least 5 years of PeopleSoft Benefits Admin implementation and support
experience, Version 8.x. Solid experience required with payroll process
re-engineering and payroll operations, to include calculating gross to net
pay, tax processing, periodic processing, garnishment processing, periodic
bonus payments, check processing and distribution
Deep configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft Benefits Admin.
Knowledge of configuration issues between Payroll/HR/Benefits/T&L
Shared Service center experience
Performing fit analysis of requirements to package
Designing modifications to business processes, policies or system
Managing client expectations and project scope
HR system implementation experience (not just end-user experience)
Deep understanding of the major business processes within Payroll and T&L
