The Self-Service Developer is responsible for converting the Services Requests created for the Contact Center in Releases 2 and 3 into a web based technology for incorporation into the cityofno.com web site. This role will work closely with the existing NOLA staff to understand and utilize the design standards currently in place.

Qualifications
Experience with PeopleSoft Self-Server technical design & development.
Experience in PeopleSoft web portal development, preferably with CRM modules.
