Peoplesoft Hr Consultant

IBM's Global Business Services (GBS) has openings for PeopleSoft HR Consultants. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of PeopleSoft HR application packaged solutions. The consultant will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Must be local to DC metro area; Top Secret/SCI with Lifestyle Poly Clearance is preferred, but at a minimum, clearance eligible.

Desired Skills
Successful Candidates will have at least 3 yrs of PeopleSoft HR implementation and support exp., v8.8+ preferable. Experience must include configuration of HR modules which necessitates thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft HR tables across multiple functional areas (Job Codes, Training, Recruiting, etc). Candidates also should have an understanding of HR business processes across multiple functional areas, knowledge of integration issues, and Exp. Performing fit analysis of requirements to package, designing modifications to business processes, policies or systems & testing.
