Seeking Finance Transformation Consultants for our Industrial Financial Management practice. Experience: 6-10 years of progressive experience in the finance and/or accounting organization of a large corporation or 6+ years of financial management consulting experience. Seeking candidate who held position of responsibility in the planning, budgeting and/or forecasting process for a large organization, preferably responsible for consolidation of division or corporate organizations including broad and deep experience in multi-year operating plan, detailed annual budget, and/or monthly forecast process, or equivalent consulting experience. Knowledge of financial planning tools such as Hyperion Planner or equivalent preferred. Participation or prior experience in re-engineering or process improvement projects related to budgeting, planning or forecasting processes preferred. Experience leading project teams and delivering on consulting or transformation projects. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Up to 100% travel required. Since most of our work is performed at client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel.
