Practice Management Application Training Consultant

We are currently seeking Training Services Consultant to join our Practice Management Group (PMG) Implementation & Consulting team. The Practice Management team delivers services related to Thomson Elite?s Records, Conflicts, Case and Practice Manager software products.
*****This position can be based anywhere in the United States. This individual will work from a home office and travel up to 80% of the time.
Primary Objective:
Responsible for development and maintenance of documentation and training services reflecting a current, in-depth knowledge of the functional and feature characteristics of Thomson Elite products, be able to effectively transfer this knowledge to clients and staff, using a wide range of delivery methods.
Primary Responsibilities:
Quality Implementation Service Delivery: Responsible for delivering high quality materials and training services and conducting effective knowledge transfer to Thomson Elite staff and clients by:
? Ensuring training services for all client projects are performed within the framework and standards provided for in the Thomson Elite?s project quality model (PQM).
? Providing standard, consistent materials (i.e. agendas, tips and techniques, etc.) to the client as part of training, ensuring that, for each product purchased by the client, a consistent list of topics relevant to that product is addressed;
? Customizing training and documentation, as requested to meet client needs, while still preserving the integrity of the training and training materials
? Participating in client meetings and providing consulting assistance on projects which require consultants to address tasks such as developing training, documentation and deliver strategies, for clients.
Client Satisfaction and Financial Objectives: Responsible for meeting the client satisfaction and financial objectives of the Implementation Services Group.
Sales Support: Responsible to work with sales, project managers, and other Elite Thomson personnel on an ?as needed? basis to help prospects understand our training service offerings.
Interdepartmental Interaction: Providing assistance, when requested, to Team Leader to ensure appropriate interaction with other Thomson Elite departments (i.e. support, development, Continuing Education, etc.) and to ensure that issues affecting PMG Implementation & Consulting team training are effectively resolved.
Minimum Requirements ? Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor?s Degree and/or
? Exceptional written and oral communication skills
? Experience in 3-5 years of Professional Adult Training Experience, including the development of training curriculum and delivery methods
? Practical work experience developing training programs for software industry preferable
? Practical work experience in the legal or software industry preferable
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for presentation and documentation
? Ability to work well across departments and skill levels
? Outstanding organizational and time management skills, including
* Ability to prioritize and to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Exceptional customer services skills
? Desire and demonstrated ability to teach and share knowledge with others in a clear and concise manner
? Able to travel minimum 80%
