Principal Consultant

<li> Act as Project Lead on larger customer engagements.
<li> Assist Sales Directors and Sales Engineers with "must win" competitive customer sales situations.
<li> Development of POC and prototypes.
<li> Develop, architect and implement specific infrastructure architecture recommendations.
<li> Play a key role in upgrading customers to most recent platform/product releases.

Qualifications
<li> Have advanced knowledge of J2EE technology
<li> Recent versions of BEA products (WebLogic Application Server, Portal, Integration, etc?)
<li> Strong mentoring and leadership skills
<li> Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
<li> Will develop innovative and appropriate architectures, acting as the engagement architect when required.
<li> Understand issues about scalability, reliability etc.
<li> Be able to do gap analysis.
<li> 3+ years of IT experience
<li> Understand and have experience in large project development, development lifecycles, development methodologies, and project scoping.
<li> Have worked on projects from conception through delivery including developing and deploying to production architectures.
<li> Have experience in working within a fairly large project in an architect/team lead position (project with >30 developers).
<li> Travel as required between 75-100%BS/MS Computer Science
