Principal HR Generalist (Defined Term) - 15995

Job Description: Supports execution of business strategy via application of HR processes and tools throughout organization. Serves as the primary contact for managers and directors for consultative HR support, including effectively managing individuals, teams & functions, with one or more aligned customer groups. Work is primarily process focused and provides human resources leadership, services and tools in a limited scope that help lead to the successful achievement of departmental and individual performance goals. This is an individual contributor position that requires influencing, coaching, and problem solving skills.

Posiiton requires BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years previous Human Resources experience, or equivilent combination of education and experience.
