Product Consultant - 8 Description: This person will be recognized as a waste industry expert and has significant experience working at landfills and or recycling/transfer stations. This person will have a minimum of 15 years experience in this industry. This individual is well versed is construction machinery utilized in this industry.

Objectives:
1. 100 customer calls per year (work in connection with our Corporate Business Division). In this capacity this person will also be at customer locations demonstrating waste handling equipment/answering customer questions on product and services 2. Sell 20 waste handling configured product directly 3. Help several dealers get engaged and be successful in the waste business 4. Communicate with factories on how our current waste machines are working and how we upgrade them to beat the competition and serve our customers better 5. Increase market share in waste handling equipment 6. Monitor how we are supporting our waste handling equipment and help improve dealer processes to enhance our reputation and value delivered to customers.




Requirements:
Travel required 75-80% of the time to US and Canada (mostly US). Must have a background in Landfill, Waste, Recycling business/environment. Extensive knowledge of Waste handling equipment. Must be able communicate effectively written and oral. Great interpersonal Skills, Basic computer skills, MS Outlook & Word required, PowerPoint extremely helpful.

This person will not be required to close any sales. All sales will be handled by the Sales Department.

Must be able to work overtime 10-20 hours per week.
