Product Management Leader (Cash & Collections)

We have an immediate need for experienced Consumer Credit and Collections Product Management Leader with Utilities/Telco industry experience to work in one of the fastest growing areas of BTO. The Credit and Collections Product Management role is responsible for defining, Managing and maintaining the tools and processes we will use to serve the consumer Order-to-Cash market. This includes managing external partners and internal investments in our asset lab and extensive interaction with the delivery organization to ensure all targets are achieved. This position is remote and can work from any location (or home office) in the US. Qualifications necessary: Major Field of Study: Degree in business, accounting, finance or related field. Deep subject matter expertise in the Consumer Credit & Collections process, Knowledge of the application software and vendor serving the Consumer Order, Experience with risk scoring, collections campaign programs and credit management, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, Operational experience a plus, Experience leading high volume collections or credit team a definite plus, Proven track record in risk management.
