Responsible for supporting a field sales application. Responsible for Second Tier Support response to customer calls.
Work with technical staff to set level of effort estimates, on all production defects, and create a release schedule.
Ability to provide input into design alternatives. Plus ability to provide guidance to team in response to production issues.
Strong, recent experience developing applications.
