Oracle SCM Practice Lead/Oracle SCM Solution Architect

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
*Candidate will lead and build the Logistics/SCM area of the FCP Oracle practice. *Candidate will lead pursuits of Oracle Logistics/SCM opportunities within the Federal market. *Candidate will lead CSC Oracle Logistics/SCM engagements with Federal clients. *Candidate will utilize deep knowledge of Log/SCM domain and Oracle Log/SCM applications to develop solutions for large, complex government organizations. *Active DOD clearance is a BIG PLUS, but if not, candidate must be clearable. *Candidate must be located in the DC area. *CPIM, CLM, or other relevant APICS certifications a plus. *PMP certification a plus. *Experience working with Federal Government clients, DOD a big plus.

Basic Qualifications:
*15 years professional experience, consulting preferred. *10 years business experience in the Logistics/SCM domain. *10 years experience with Oracle applications. *5 years experience with Oracle Logistics/SCM applications, including: Material Requirements Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Cost Management. *Knowledge of other third party bolt-on Logistics/SCM software products. *Understanding of linkage between supply chain business area with financial mgt business area and integration between Oracle SCM and Financials. *Solid understanding of structured implementation lifecycle methodologies. *Strong working knowledge of program management, including planning, scoping, estimating, execution, control and reporting, issue management, risk management, change control, quality assurance. *Strong leadership and staff development skills. *Strong client relationship development and management skills. *Strong communication skills, written and verbal. *Strong interpersonal skills. *Strong work ethic, team-player, collaborative, proactive, high energy/enthusiasm. *Diligent attention to detail and quality of delivery. *Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities. *Strong client focus and responsiveness. *U.S. Citizenship Required. *Undergrad degree (BA or BS) in Business or related field.
