Position requires a Program Manger that will manage and direct the Social Security Administration's life-cycle program team, made up of dedicated and matrixed resources, through multiple operational programs. This includes the development and deployment of strategic and tactical plans for VoIP PILOT program, the MPLS based dual carrier data programs and the RFP and implementation aspects of the TSRP enterprise VoIP architecture.

Plan, manage and direct the life cycle program team through all aspects of the program's life cycle activities, from planning to billing. This may include, but not be limited to the following areas:

Address all PMO areas (i.e. PMA, WBS, Extended Team Definition, Architecture definition and deployment, Methods and Procedures, SD&O Model, Billing Model, Change Management, Executive Summaries and Customer status reporting).

Modify Life Cycle Staffing Plan, as required for the duration of the program in accordance with negotiated ECPs.

Track, monitor and report on Revenue and Expense Plans of Record (POR). Implement mitigation steps, as required, to meet or exceed document PORs.

Manage to completion all required testing (POC, IAT, ORT and URT) scenarios.
