We are seeking a Project Leader to work in (Warren, NJ or Iselin, NJ) Responsibilities will include: Plan and coordinate development, testing & production support of EMS (Error Management System) that monitors and improves data reliability between multiple data processing systems. Migrate legacy AMDOCS application to Convergys Mediation Manager application. Perform EMS related project-planning. Assist in capacity planning for EMS application. Develop design specifications. Program and test applications. Troubleshoot code deficiencies found in unit test/system test phase. Identify, assess and resolve complex design/development problems. Work with internal/external customers for development support & implementation. Provide production support for the EDR (Enhanced Data Rater), and Mediation Manager Applications for wireless data services. Perform regular checks for the production systems. Provide off-hours support for EMS and other Wireless Data Production applications. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience or Master?s plus 2 years of experience. Experience with EMS applications including programming, development, testing and production support in large-scale production environments. Skills in Cobol, Perl, Unix, C, Websphere, SQL, Oracle, Pro C, Crystal Reports and Powerbuilder. Good communication skills (written/oral)
