Job Experience:
**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**
5 years = Project Management (Applying a full life-cycle SDLC on projects in a management capacity; COTS SDLC application experience is a plus.)
3 years = SDLC Method Management (Hands-on experience in developing, documenting and deploying SDLCs and standard processes across IT organizations, which should include some experience with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) methods.)
1 year = SDLC Training and Mentoring (Able to train, coach and mentor project teams in applying SDLCs.)
1 year = Project Management (Hands on experience applying Evolutionary Process for Integrated COTS (EPIC), Phase Integrated COTS (PIC), SUMMIT package routes or like methodology for an IT organization.)
1 year = Analyst-Process (Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of gap analysis techniques used for COTS project assessments.)
3 years = Project Management (Thorough understanding of the project management discipline.)
2 years = Project Management (Have managed the delivery of a large COTS project; such as Siebel or like.)
