Project Manager, Service Operations

Project manager is needed to join Humana's Strategic Consultancy. In this position the candidate will be responsible for application of project management methodology with responsibility for all phases of the project cycle to include project initiation (product design and scope management), project planning (activity definition and scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management), project execution (quality assurance, team development, stakeholder management, and contract administration), project control (scope verification and change control, cost and quality, performance rating, measurement, and risk monitoring), and project close (contract closeout, issue resolution, lessons learned activities, and final project documentation).

Responsibilities also include integration of multiple projects within a service center to identify key interdependencies and resolve cross-project issues and risks. Individual will work closely with the service center leadership on tactical planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

PMP certification

3-10 years mid to large scale project management
