This position entails reviewing background investigation reports to make certain that each report is accurate in content, grammar and format before it is released for the client to view. The Quality Assurance Specialist confirms that these reports are thoroughly checked for typographical and grammatical errors, and ensures that all reporting laws (state, federal, local, etc.) are being followed.?

The ideal candidate will thrive in a time sensitive work environment, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.? You must enjoy proof reading, editing and possess exceptional attention to detail. Additionally, you must have a working knowledge of the internet and MS Office products.
