Excellent professional telephone skills
Prior receptionist experience in a professional environment
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work independently with little supervision and frequent interruptions, and carry projects through to completion
Ability to work positively and cheerfully under pressure, as well as display high energy level

Position Overview
Provide professional Reception coverage for busy consulting office. Provide outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.
Responsibilities
Answer 120 extension Siemens HiPath 3000 series phone system
Use a basic, yet comprehensive, understanding of Watson Wyatt?s key operating areas to direct visitors and outside callers to the appropriate personnel
Monitor front desk security by ensuring all guests sign in
Receive, log and route faxes in a timely manner
Perform miscellaneous duties including, but not limited to: distributing parking validations and ensuring proper charge-back to clients, acting as a liaison with Building Management for miscellaneous requests, ordering office and kitchen supplies and filing
Maintain a current schedule of all conference room facilities to avoid scheduling conflicts
Maintain a current listing of who is in and out of the office each day
Order catering for the office for both internal and external client meetings
Provide overflow administrative support to department Administrative Assistants
Special projects and other duties as needed
