1.  SAP AMO Practice Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? The primary role of the position is to provide off-shore application maintenance service to our major clients. Continue well-established relationship with them, manage issues (assign appropriate person, manage timeline), discover new opportunities besides AMO, and report status to both client and in-company supervisor periodically.

? Especially for logistics (SD/MM) related issues, the person is required to resolve them by himself / herself (find out the reason, provide suggestion and get agreement with client, carry out configuration / master setting, proceed testing, etc.).

? While AMO daily operation, the person also need to develop our AMO business practice plan. To attain local US practice goals and to meet global AMO strategy, continual communication with in-company managers, our oversee branches, and Japan HQ are mandatory.

? Also it is crucial for the person to dedicate his / her time to several sales activities to win new clients.

? Supervise and mentor staff members.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

? Primary or Mandatory Skills:

1. At least 5 years of SAP experience

2. SAP SD and MM implementation skill

3. At least 2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects experience

4. Project Management & team leading experience

5. Off-shore Outsourcing management experience

? Secondary or Optional Skills:

1. SAP PP Implementation skill

2. Variant Configuration implementation skill

3. ABAP Development skill

 

2.  SAP ABAP Lead

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? The primary role of the position is to lead a team of ABAP consultants ? onsite and offshore.

? Provide leadership ? manage time, resource utilization, provide templates, methodology and become a point of contact for functional and business teams.

? The person also needs to support our AMO (Application Maintenance Outsourcing) practice especially in programming area. Find out the reason of problem, provide suggestion and get agreement with client, carry out configuration / master setting, proceed testing, etc.

? Candidate is expected to work on business development activities.

? Continual and periodical communication with supervisors is mandatory.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

? Primary or Mandatory Skills:

1. At least 5 years of ABAP experience

2. Experience as Team Lead on at least 1 SAP project

3. Experience in managing offshore team is must.

4. Understanding of SAP NetWeaver Technology.

? Secondary or Optional Skills:

1. Any other SAP module implementation skill like FI, SD, MM, BW..

 

3.  SAP FI/CO Consultant

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? The primary role of the position is to provide business process consulting for the SAP implementation projects for our clients, focusing on SAP FI and CO modules.

? Analyze clients? business processes and determined current problems, define new effective business processes with client, implement SAP parameters according to clients? demands, design Add-on programs, planned and execute unit / integration tests, perform business improvement activities for post Go-live clients, etc

? The person also needs to support our AMO (Application Maintenance Outsourcing) practice especially in FI/CO area. Find out the reason of problem, provide suggestion and get agreement with client, carry out configuration / master setting, proceed testing, etc.

? Candidate is expected to work on business development activities.

? Continual and periodical communication with supervisors is mandatory.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

? Primary or Mandatory Skills:

1. At least 3 years of SAP experience
