1. SAP AMO Practice Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? The primary role of the position is to provide off-shore application maintenance service to our major clients. Continue well-established relationship with them, manage issues (assign appropriate person, manage timeline), discover new opportunities besides AMO, and report status to both client and in-company supervisor periodically.
? Especially for logistics (SD/MM) related issues, the person is required to resolve them by himself / herself (find out the reason, provide suggestion and get agreement with client, carry out configuration / master setting, proceed testing, etc.).
? While AMO daily operation, the person also need to develop our AMO business practice plan. To attain local US practice goals and to meet global AMO strategy, continual communication with in-company managers, our oversee branches, and Japan HQ are mandatory.
