Xperianz is currently hiring SAP professionals to join the Enterprise Solutions Practice either on a permanent or contract basis.  We have current needs for SAP FICO experience.  The client locations are in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Pittsburgh.  These are immediate needs and the durations range from 6 months to 1 year.  Interested parties send Bio and salary or hourly requests to david.white@xperianz.com

Job Purpose:

To raise clients SAP FICO A/R process to a higher level of efficiency, productivity

 

Required Skills / working background:

?A complete, expert level of understanding of the SAP A/R system; Order to cash process, post implementation, optimization

?Strong working background with FICO, and the Sales Distribution modules

?Ability to analyze, asses and then report back findings as well as make appropriate recommendations

?5+ years experience as a senior consultant with emphasis in the following:  Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving, as well as the ability to grasp critical issues quickly and make recommendations / decisions based on well rounded and educated judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good client presence

?Ability to conduct training

?Proven track record of working as part of a team as well as having the ability to lead a team

 

Education: BS/BA Degree

 

Job Description:

?Walk through client?s current accounts receivable process to asses / analyze and provide recommendations and guidelines

?  Manage client expectations by building relationships; communicating project status and open issues; preparing reports; conducting reviews and issue meetings; discovering new issues

?  Develop, setup, and facilitate training

?  Determine, present and gain approval from management as it relates to the scope, priority, and budget of current and future projects. Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
