SAP Functional Consultant Leads - FICO, MM, PP and SD

Hitachi Consulting's SAP Practice is currently experiencing growth and we are looking to hire SAP Functional Team Leads in Boston, Philadelphia, and NY/NJ offices. Candidates have performed full-life cycle implementations / upgrades and possess extensive team lead and configuration experience.

The position requires a broad business perspective and a willingness to step into various roles. It is not uncommon to be working closely with client team members during Blueprinting, providing them guidance and education on how SAP would work in their organization. Realization Phase tasks include configuring and testing the system, as well as possibly taking on one of several cross-team roles such as training coordinator, test lead, security lead, or data lead. Final Preparation entails close data support and training assistance culminating in the project go-live.

Looking for Team Leads in the following areas: FICO, SD, PP, MM

Required Skills:
• Two plus years configuration experience
• Experience with several full-life cycle implementations
• Understanding of an ERP project methodology and an ability to describe it to clients
• Strong Analytical skills, problem solving
• Experience supervising and leading team
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Bachelor Degree Required

Nice to Have Skills:
• Five plus years of consulting
• Experience with the ASAP (or similar) methodology
• MS Office applications including MS Visio and MS Project

Travel Required: 75%
