SAP Global HR Solution Architect

Knowledge of global SAP HR hierarchy design, including language
requirements from a data /configuration / back-end perspective.
Understanding of data privacy requirements
Ability to solution SAP in a multi-instance SAP environment.
Knowledge of architecture / integration across SAP HR, portal, HR BW, and
related integration technology. Respond to global SAP HR and HR BTO outsourcing proposals; solution the SAP
HR elements of the response; estimate the work, the role, the skills, and
the work effort for implementation as well as articulate the solution in
writing in proposal response. Present proposal to client senior executives
as well as facilitate workshops as needed. This role is responsible for
the up-front solutioning of SAP HR projects and may include some delivery as
necessary
