Global SAP HR implementation experience at PM or Integration Mgr level
Min 6 years SAP HR experience.Knowledge of global SAP HR hierarchy design,
including language requirements from a data /configuration / back-end
perspective.Understanding of data privacy requirements. Ability to solution
SAP in a multi-instance SAP environment.Knowledge of architecture /
integration across SAP HR, portal, HR BW, and related integration
technologies.Ability to present in front of clients, including C-level
executives, and the ability to facilitate workshops; strong written
communication skills including ability to write consulting proposals.
strong analytical skills and people skills.Proven track record in leading
teams in full-life cycle SAP implementations. Respond to global SAP HR and HR BTO outsourcing proposals; solution the
SAP HR elements of the response; estimate the work, the role, the skills,
and the work effort for implementation as well as articulate the solution
in writing in proposal response.Present proposal to client senior
executives as well as facilitate workshops as needed.
