Job Description: Perot Systems Corporation , a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients, is currently looking for a SAP HR Principal Consultant to join our Consulting Team. WORK LOCATION VIRTUAL, can be anywhere in the US near a major airport.

Job Responsibilities:
The role of consultant will be to lead the HR portion from the initial design and discovery phase through the project implementation and support.

Note that for the purposes of this job description, HR is defined as any of the following SAP HR sub-modules:
- Personnel Management
- Time Management
- Training and Event Management
- Organizational Management
Further note that this job does not require deep experience in the HR Payroll sub-module.

Typically, the Principal Consultant works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant in the development of technical or business solutions within consulting practice area.

Under moderate supervision, works on projects of average difficulty, usually involving single products or single platforms.

Analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies.

Delivers consulting project activities requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Interacts with company and client managers and identifies additional solutions in client organization.

Serves as a pre-sales support specialist through the development of materials when needed in support of more senior consultants.

Performance is typically measured by deliverables and/or solutions within budgeted hours.

Required Skills:

Qualified candidates must have at least 6 years related SAP experience.

Broad understanding of SAP both from a functional and technical perspective.

SAP Functional HR Configuration Experience.

Strong understanding of all aspects of the SAP implementation lifecycle and a solid grasp of the ASAP Methodology.

Must have a good grasp of project and program management methods and tools.

Have participated in multiple (at least two) successful SAP implementations (full life cycle).

Strong core consulting skills - communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal.

A minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementations as the lead HR expert.

Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration, testing, cutover and support.

Designed and developed functional specifications for HR implementations and integrations.

Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex business problems within or across functional areas in SAP.

Desired Skills:

Some leadership experience in a Big 5 organization is preferred.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:

Preference would be SAP Certified, but not required.
