IT Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading projects in the SAP Human Resources (SAP-HR) area. Proven experience running projects with 5-15 team members in a high tech environment with a project team comprised of IT and business subject matter experts.

Accountabilities
? Plan, direct, and execute project management activities for the Global Information Systems (GIS) organization of corporation.
? Complete project management activities for assigned projects. Projects may encompass multiple functional organizations within company.
? Excellent verbal, communication and facilitation skills.
? Monitor progress against schedule and project budget.
? Assist in the allocation of appropriate resources to deliver project results.
? With limited supervision, manage functional projects or simple cross-functional projects with low risk and low business impact.
? Document project performance, cost tracking, and other metrics to assess and report progress.
Anticipate potential obstacles that may prevent project from staying within authorized budget/schedule. Assess health of project and take necessary action to return to original schedule.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing technical IT projects in an SAP environment.
? Experience leading SAP-HR implementation and configuration efforts as independent projects or sub-projects to larger programs.
? Knowledge of the HR business models and technologies which support those areas.
? Exposure to SAP Employee Self Service (ESS) projects is highly desired.
? Experience in managing projects to a pre-determined set of deliverables within an IT Governance driven model.
? Uses professional concepts, company policies, and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.
? Receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
? Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
? Advanced skill with Microsoft Office 2003 particularly Project 2003
