SAP Project Manager

IBM Global Business Services are seeking an experienced SAP Project Management Consultant. The project manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful SAP implementation. Positions Responsibilities include: Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities, Estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the team, Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones, Setting and controlling scope, Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders, Overall team management, including regular evaluations, Budget management Risk management.

Desired Skills
Candidates must have 8-10 + years of SAP project delivery and management experience. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, managerial skills, and client relationship management skills. They must have a deep understanding of SAP software and project implementation methodology. They must have the ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress, vision and facilitate buy-in. Candidates must possess strong process and industry knowledge in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Product or Retail industries. Candidate must be willing to travel 100%.
