SAP SEM BPS Sr. Consultant

We are searching for SAP SEM Senior Consultants with BPS 3.x experience. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. They will run process workshops, design new business process models, configure, test, document and support the SAP SEM software functionality. Will work as team with the customer to define the current business model and through their expertise will design a future business model that not only supports the organizational needs but supports the best business practices of the SAP SEM product. Will provide knowledge transfer to the customer throughout the SAP ASAP methodology lifecycle advising the customer on module functionality and configuration, best practices, testing procedures, and all aspects of SAP SEM system implementation, including specifications for data conversion and mapping, needed system extensions and reports.

Desired Skills
Must have 3+ years of SAP SEM/BPS development experience preferably with a finance background in the planning, budgeting and forecasting area. Must also have experience in designing, implementing and supporting complex layouts, development of planning areas, multi-planning areas, version planning, planning levels, packages and folders and data slices and development of planning functions. Ability to do modeling for planning development using ABAP/FOX/VBA. Ability to use the retractor in conjunction with Understanding of Performance Tuning design choices, Provide go-live Production Support, Familiarity with SAP-BW terminology, structure and functionality. Ability to support a BPS environment including accuracy of the data, performance monitoring/tuning, and other regular maintenance activities.Since most of our work is performed at client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel.
