SOX Section 404 Consultant

We are seeking Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 consultants audit professionals with ten or more years of internal audit or public accounting, and at least three years of a concentration in COSO and COBIT framework. The ideal consultant will possess subject matter expertise in how management identifies its significant accounts, disclosures, business processes/cycles and locations subject to assessment. Further experience in specific scoping considerations as they relate to the COSO framework is preferred. A bachelors degree is required. A masters degree is a plus.

Salary/Pay Rate: at least $45.00 an hour
