Qualifications





SSA is currently searching for Strategic Sourcing Consultants to conduct project work related to SSA?s Cost Reduction Services and Sales Effectiveness Consultants to conduct project work related to SSA?s Sales Enhancement Services.  Those applying for a position at SSA may have experience or qualifications suitable for working in one of both of these fields. 

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, creative, hard working, articulate, aggressive and bright.  The candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of business experience and a college degree with a strong GPA.  Candidates with sales/sales management/training experience important.  Candidates with additional experience will also be considered.  The candidate will work closely with an SSA project team and the position will require a significant time commitment with long hours. 

Must be willing to travel globally.

Candidates must also be independent, confident, analytical and have basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are also desirable.

Position Description





SSA Consultants are expected to conduct activities including data collection and analysis, report writing, document development & revision and other marketing and project support activities. SSA employees will have the opportunity to play a key role in the project team, interface directly with SSA clients and play a significant role in the growth of the organization.  SSA Sales Consultants will work in the field with clients during assessments and implementation phases.  Specifically, they will be required to follow a detailed process to quantitatively and qualitatively assess sales effectiveness, document and analyze findings, participate in final report development, teach/train client sales representatives and sales management new processes/tools, and motivate client sales force.
