Senior Associate Consultant — Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization - Hildebrandt International

Hildebrandt International?s Global Strategic Sourcing practice helps clients in the legal, professional and financial services industries reduce costs and improve stakeholder value through proven methodologies to reduce costs across a variety of spend and indirect category areas.

 

Our senior associate consultants play an active role in all phases of a project and work closely with clients. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization Practice, you will work with project team members and client personnel, facilitating requirements gathering and conducing data analysis and research to facilitate the implementation of cost savings opportunities. Also, will support practice business development and proposal development efforts.  Prior consulting experience, proven project management ability, demonstrated client relationship management skills, strong technology skills and a desire to learn are essential.

 

 

Requirements:B.S. in Finance or Accounting preferable2 ? 4  years of successful experience in consulting or relevant industry Must possess strong analytical, quantitative and technology skills Possess grasp of business fundamentals Accountability for deadlines and work product Commitment to superior quality and accuracy Experience solving complex problems independently and as part of a team Excellent oral and written communication abilities Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and support staff Experience guiding and mentoring other team membersExtensive travel required
