Senior Associate - Consulting - South Florida

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
- 3-5 years related experience, Public Accounting exp a plus
- Desire to pursue applicable professional development and certifications.
- Candidates must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Position Description:
As part of the Risk Management practice, the Risk Management Senior will be responsible for:
- Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or
exceeds client expectations
- Demonstrating expertise in various facets of risk management
services including but not limited to: Risk assessments, operational processes reviews, evaluating internal controls and developing conclusions about the effectiveness of an assignment.
- Assist in evaluating systems, processes, procedures, records and controls for efficiency and effectiveness through the application of own knowledge of business systems and principles.
- Keeping abreast of changes in industry regulations, and
develops own competency through continuing education
- Assist in design of audit tests, complete audit testing through review of supporting documentation, analyze relevant data and discuss with appropriate management.
- Demonstrating commitment to the Firm?s People Philosophy by
modeling appropriate behaviors and acts with respect and
dignity in interactions inside and outside the Firm
- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership.
- Support colleagues and value others' contributions
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with a regional, national Big Four public accounting firm or a corporate internal audit department
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills and knowledge of controls
- In addition to be considered, candidates should have a
3-5 years experience in a combination of external
and internal audit services

Achieve or working towards CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE or CMA certifications are preferred.
