Senior Business Analyst

Statera's management consulting practice is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.

This position will interact with our clients at the highest levels. The Sr. BA reviews, analyzes and evaluates business and user needs. Formulates and/or researches systems to parallel the overall business strategies. Assist in the documentation strategy including identification of organizational and process changes for the business/user team. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions and steps required to purchase, develop or modify computer application systems or programs. Assist with the design and implementation of new systems, reports or changes to existing systems. Make sound recommendations about business change based on client needs.
 
This position requires the following skill and experience
 5+ years consulting experience with requirements gathering, documentation and prioritization, process analysis (not simply documenting current processes, but also analyzing those processes for improvement opportunities based on LEAN, Activity Based Costing, Flow/Bottleneck, Root Cause, and other analysis techniques), business-technology integration, facilitation, issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation planning, and communication with various levels (executive to business user) of the business.  3+ years experience using Microsoft technology to drive business vale and streamline process.  Excellent client relationship skills, with proven ability to interact with C level executives.  Requires a Bachelor's Degree, MBA is preferred.
