Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant is a top level expert in helping our enterprise clients build programs to achieve business impact from their Satmetrix solution.

The Senior Consultant has several responsibilities:
1. Understands Satmetrix software platform and Methodology
2. Is an in-depth knowledge expert on a particular companies business, owning the initial understanding of their business and following through in post delivery consulting engagements
3. Develop and deliver detailed results presentations at the highest levels of an organization including recommended actions
4. Develop and package additional service offerings
5. Create and build linkage models, to link operational/financial metrics to customer and employee loyalty
6. Act as an internal expert resource to field business impact questions
7. Act as a pre-sales resource when appropriate

Requirements:
7-10+ years professional consultant, MBA or PhD or equivalent required in a analytically focused field (Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, Quantitative Methods, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, System Engineering, Economics, Financial Analysis or Business Studies). Candidates should have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, or at a minimum, an aptitude or interest in quantitative analysis. A qualified candidate will be skilled in presentation development and delivery at the executive level. Candidate must also possess strong creativity, innovative skills to create a package of service offerings specific to solving a customer's business problem. An entrepreneurial spirit is a major plus. Experience with enterprise software and international/ multinational businesses is a plus. Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and High Technology verticals or in Call Center, Indirect Channel also a plus. Some travel may be required (about 30%).
