Robbins-Gioia is currently recruiting for the following position: Senior Consultant.


 

Summary:  Provide overall support to a government office in order to ensure effective and efficient completion of all tasks to include: providing strategic, tactical and general operational support.

 

Requirements & Responsibilities:

?  Development of office concept of operations manuals and guides

?  Prepare draft memoranda on a variety of subjects and staffing these memoranda for coordination with appropriate Office of the Secretary of Defense(OSD) level staff organizations

?  Respond to inquiries from external offices including, the Government Accountable Office (GAO), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Congress and other Federal Agencies. 

?  Responsible for responding to inquiries from across DoD

?  Prepare background information to Senior Executives who will be testifying before Congress

?  Prepare draft Question and Answer(Q&A) for preparation of Senior Executives testifying before Congress

?  Respond to Questions for the Record (QFR) and Insertions for the Record (IFR) from Congressional Hearings

?  Prepare and coordinate draft responses to GAO and Inspector General(IG) audit reports

?  Provide support to the Acquisition, Technology, & Logistics(AT&L) Investment Review Board (IRB)

?  Participate in program reviews of Enterprise-wide programs and providing recommendations to the office governance structure

?  Participate in program reviews of selected component programs and providing recommendations to the office governance structure and drafting associated Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements as required.
