Senior Consultant-- Change Management

BearingPoint Public Services, Management Consulting Solutions is currently searching for an experienced Senior Consultant in the Change Solutions practice.

Performance Profile:

Successful candidates will have experience facilitating large-scale projects with familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

Leadership Engagement – Experience conducting interviews and focus groups, assessing organizational risks, formulating leadership strategies, coaching senior-level clients on their role in major transformations, and designing and facilitating senior-level and stakeholder events and meeting.

Workforce Transition – Experience developing transition strategies for affected individuals, identifying role impacts on system implementations and designing new jobs, overseeing assessment and selection of workforce into new roles.

Communication – Experience designing, facilitating and delivering stakeholder events, developing written and electronic presentation content, coordinating event-related logistics, and gathering quantitative data through survey tools and Microsoft Excel.

Position specific requirements:

Candidates must have the ability to accommodate a Monday-Friday travel schedule.

Minimum 3 years change management experience
Minimum 3 years consulting experience
Candidates with previous public sector experience will be given priority.
