Senior Consultant - Project Management / Business Analyst

Project Leadership Associates, Inc. is a high growth, Chicago based, professional services company (over 115 full time professionals) that specializes in providing the mid size-business marketplace with business and technology consulting solutions across its Management Consulting, Network Integration, Information Security, Software Development, Small Business Services and Electronic Discovery practices.

Overall Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for delivering project management and business analyst consulting services across a wide continuum of network infrastructure projects. Consultant will deliver services and will have overall responsibility for:

? managing the client relationship (typically in conjunction with company management and/or account management personnel)

? developing and managing scope, hours and costs of work performed

? managing client teams comprised of Project Leadership and client personnel

? identifying, managing and mitigating project and client issues during the course of projects.

Consultant Project Responsibilities:

? Business process analysis and redesign

? Technical project management

? Presales and proposal development assistance

? Develop and manage scope of work

? Develop and manage project plans

? Manage project teams (both internal and client)

? Facilitate required status and other meetings with client and staff

? Identify other business opportunities

? Manage project to client satisfaction

? Manage project to budget

Requirements:

? 5 years minimum experience managing Information Technology projects, 3 of which were in lead Project Manager roles

? 2 years minimum consulting experience, Big Three consulting experience preferred

? Bachelor?s degree

? Strong client communications, client relationship development and management, and business influence skills

? Experience with managing Microsoft centric business solutions

? Experience in the Legal, Healthcare and / or Financial Services markets considered a strong plus
