Position Summary:  The E-learning Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing client e-learning implementations.  Responsibilities include collaborating with client contacts, internal relationship managers and external partners to develop and support the timely execution of project plans, manage external vendors and report on project status and oversee all project management.

 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)

 

? Responsible for overseeing the technical and production aspects of a wide range of e-learning projects. 

 

? Heavy interaction with clients, relationship managers and external partners.  This includes managing project schedules, facilitating meetings, meeting deadlines and providing status reports to management team and clients.

 

? Serve as the primary project and relationship manager for a wide-range of e-learning accounts .

 

? Support sales professionals, relationship managers and external partners in closing new business opportunities by supporting product demonstrations and marketing fulfillment when necessary.

 

? Establish requirements and project scope.  Develop initial project plans and budgets in coordination with sales professionals.


? Successfully interact with and support virtual teams.


? Support measurement of client satisfaction


? Support invoicing and collection process for the firm

 


Qualifications/Requirements


? Strong organizational and follow-through skills.


? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


? Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.


? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

 

? Ability to work collectively with the team and all associates.


? Ability to work and form partnerships with clients.


? Light domestic travel (<20%).


? Experience in developing interactive, online e-learning products a plus.

 

? Experience in Flash, LMS, LCMS, AICC/SCORM standards, instructional design, multi-media production and/or product design a plus.



Education/Training/Experience


? Bachelor?s degree in business, technology or related field


? 3 ? 5 years of relevant project management experience

Compensation: 50,000 to 70,000/yr depending upon experience
