Senior Document Advisor

Summary:
We currently have five (5) open positions for Sr. Document Advisors, specializing in the Graphic Communication Industry; all are located in Franklin Lakes, NJ (Northern New Jersey). The right candidate would be someone who can facilitate migrations, provide management support, identify and develop new opportunities and manage projects from concept to delivery. 

Responsibilities:
* Develop production strategies to decrease cost and increase efficiency and quality.
* Manage projects from concept through delivery to market.
* Offset and digital print management using preferred vendors.
* Identify and develop new opportunities to expand DAO services.
* Develop and manage client relationships.
* Facilitate the migration of offset work to digital platforms.
* Provide management support for accounts with multiple Document Advisors on-site.
* Provide back-up for Document Advisors during illness/vacation.

Requirements:

* Requires entire skill set of DSCM Document Advisors, plus:
- Advanced knowledge of all concepts, practices, and procedures of the Graphic Communications discipline.  Experience is required in all areas of Commercial Printing.  This includes: job/file design, use of industry standard design applications, file preparation for print including all common PrePress activities, in-depth knowledge of common Print methodologies (Web, Litho and Digital) document finishing, warehousing and fulfillment.
- Knowledge of forms creation and management, as well as personalization software and direct mail.

Education & Experience:
* 10+ years direct experience in Graphic Communications Industry or Bachelor level degree in related field with five years experience
* Sales experience
