Job Description:

Reviews, plans, and evaluates networkdata systems. Will make the necessary recommendation for the improvements to networkdata systems. Provides documentation/project tracking and management reporting. Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Little creativity is required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Job Experience:
6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area

-Genesys ERS/routing
-Genesys WFM
-CCPulse
-Call Concentrator/InfoMart
-Genesys/Brio Reporting
-Edify IVR
-Nuance/Scansoft speech recognition
-Avaya/Nortel/Siemens PBX/ACD
Genesys 6.5 and higher set-up and development, Genesys WFM, Genesys ccPulse, Avaya Definity platforms (V9 and higher) including ACD configuration., IVR, Siemens Hicom including ACD
