A national consulting and managed services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to in the Southern California/Orange county market. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple client IT integration projects, developing proposals, monitoring and supporting existing IT systems and functions.  Successful candidates should possess the following skills:

 

 

? Bachelor?s degree (a MBA is plus);

? Minimum of 10-years in consulting, systems integration and project management experience;

? PMP certification is a plus;

? Experience with a major systems integration company is a plus;

? Effective leadership, coaching and management experience;

? Strong project management, planning and project organization skills;

? Ability to work with client executives to understand, communicate and solve complex IT problems;

? Ability to work in a fast paced team environment;

? Strong consulting and client management skills;

? Solid understanding of information technology and associated implementation skills;

? Strong understanding of system integration planning and execution;

? Perform gap analysis between current capability and customer requirements;

? Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

? Excellent time management and prioritization skills; and,

? Strong work ethic and ?ownership? of your work.
