Senior Manager, Business Process Operations

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager focused on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to join us in our Chicago office.

Responsibilities:
?Identify and evaluate outsourcing/off shoring opportunities and develop business cases
?Assist with selection of outsourcing/off shoring vendors and justify selection
?Manage transition of client function to outsourced/off shored service provider
?Manage the delivery, benefits realization, and ongoing process improvement of the outsourced/off shored service
?Direct teams of client and KPMG personnel through the project lifecycle; monitor and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
?Assist in client relationship management
?Assist KPMG leadership in the creation of proposals, other business development activities, and practice administration
?Manage, motivate and develop team members and leverage specific client knowledge or other learning with other team members and across functional areas

Qualifications:
?Ten years of combined advisory or industry experience with outsourcing/off shoring, along with direct experience managing some BPO lifecycle activities, e.g. selection, transition, and ongoing management of outsourced and/or off shored products/services
?BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
?Experience in the development of proposals, deliverables, and reports
?Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
?Willing to travel
