Senior Managing Consultant (jp-2196)

Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned strategic-consultant to manage an elite team of consultants whose mission is to manage complex engagements which provide strategic solutions for clients of a major bankcard client. Clients? geographical breath will be regional and national and the senior consultant will advise client senior management on new product developments, enhancements and product extensions. You will staff functions, define requirements, write final reports and maintain on-going relationships with executive management

Coordination of cross practice deliverables, product lifecycle deveopemnt, team project reviews and vendor selection and negotiation are all part of the responsibilities.

 

Moreover, the candidate will contribute to new product ideas, sell them to client management and communicate results to management.

 

Requirements: The ideal client will have worked for 10+ years as a consultant to the banking industry, particularly retail or will have been in a bankcard environment with a fee service, payments and/ or product development and management role.  P&L responsibility and strong consulting skills are a must. Strong customer focus and continuous improvement orientation is a must along with strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
