Callisma is a division of AT&T which specializes in delivering managed communications offerings and professional network consulting services to enterprise business customers. Callisma focuses on assisting larger businesses with some of their most complex communications challenges, including operations management, Voice over IP (VoIP), Internetworking, security, and storage solutions. Callisma consultants enable corporations to design and deploy infrastructure which will enhance their service and business performance.
General Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in Design, Architecture, Integration, Migration and Implementation of Server and Storage Solutions. Experience must include:
? Several years assessment, design and migrations of Microsoft Solutions including Active Directory and Exchange
? Several years of server and storage design and implementation including Blade Server Hardware, Provision of servers, Disaster Recovery, backup, restore procedures, SAN, NAS, DAS storage solutions and datacenter replication technologies
? At least two years of Design and Deploying Virtualization Solutions with VMware ESX Server
? At least two years Identity Management assessment, design and integration services for account provisioning, password management, directory services, authentication, authorization, and identity federation.
? Operations experience of managing servers is large datacenter environments.

Role Overview
? Provide technical sales support on Callisma Business Development opportunities, such as client facing presentations and leading technical Whiteboard Sessions
? Determines EOS requirements by examining business objectives and requirements.
? Technical Team lead to manage multiple team members and customers thought highly successful projects.
? Plans and implements Microsoft Solutions in complex wide area network (WAN), local area network (LAN), voice communications, computer telephony integration (CTI) technology environments; completing system integrations; completing cost/benefit analyses.

Experience
? 6+ years Design and Deploying Microsoft solutions with at least 3 years experience in migration tools from NetIQ, Quest Software, Aelita.
? SME expertise in Active Directory and Exchange
? 1+ years experience in MOM, SMS, SharePoint, Live Communications Server, IIS and SQL.
? Ability to provide the team lead and technical oversight to managed multiple teams of people include customers in deployment and migration.
? Knowledge of,and experience with a variety of industry verticals such as: financial, healthcare, manufacturing and retail
? Ability to deliver and lead large server consolidation and virtualization projects.
? Multi-vendor, multi-product expertise including current and recent offerings by EMC, SUN, IBM, Quest Software, NetIQ, and cisco.
? Familiar with Identity Management standards: SOAP, WS-Security, SAML1.1, Liberty Alliance 1.1, SPML, LDAP, X.400.

? Ability to effectively cross-sell with other services in the areas of operations management, security, datacenter, and internetworking to create "pull through" in other areas including CPE, software, transport, hosting, and other managed solutions
Travel between 50-90% is expected for the above position.
