Our San Francisco headquarters is in need of an exceptional professional with a great attitude to join M Squared, Inc. working with the Strategic Solutions Group (SSG), one of the M Squared business units that focuses on major accounts.
Title: Sr. Operations Coordinator
Position Summary: Senior level operations and administrative position to join the Strategic Solutions Group at M Squared Inc. Work requires ability to make decisions with the utmost discretion, sense of urgency, sound judgment, use of initiative & intuition, tact and a commitment to excellence and strong customer satisfaction principles. Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality or efficiency of work product. You will be expected to jump in and come up to speed quickly. Exceptional customer service focus is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service, operations, sales, consultant, and administrative support for the teamManage the complete, end-to-end process for all engagement extensions. This will involve effective communication with senior consultants, clients and internal staff. This will also involve proofreading, editing, tracking and record keeping, effective written and oral communication skills and detailed follow through on all processes and procedures required to successfully manage all project extensions. Provide client customer service on behalf of client facing personnel including management and consultants. Serve as a first point of contact for clients or consultants with project-related questions or concerns. Problem solve as problems arise.Create, automate and maintain reports. Create Excel spreadsheets for a variety of regular management reports, internal reports, field reports, complex project activity reports, metrics, etc. Integrate with other support staff reports.Partner with client facing team to evaluate and streamline processes and support their efforts as necessary. Coordinate with all team members on key process improvements.Collaborate and communicate with various staff members and departments to ensure efficient operations and coordination of SSG initiatives. This will involve effective implementation and project management of a variety of key efforts.Implement marketing outreaches and batch communications; manage tracking in databases.Manage special projects as needed. (These can range from routine consultant partnership / appreciation projects to the planning and execution of a major corporate Best Practices initiative.)Implementation of administrative side of knowledge and data management programs in fieldPlan and coordinate special events including client and consultant interfacing events, departmental lunches and dinners, holiday celebrations, etc.Support Customer Engagement managers in field

Essential Job RequirementsUndergrad degree highly preferred.Minimum of five years of experience in operations/administration in corporate setting.Savvy communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills; outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Outgoing, seasoned, administrative pro with ?can-do? attitude.Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and proactive skills.Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Knowledge of Visio and MS Project and Power Point is a plus. Ability to do pivot tables in Excel is a plus. Ability to learn new databases and become a ?power-user? is also a plus.Strong sense of urgency including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, set priorities.Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Good sense of humor, out-going, motivated, driven to succeed.Ability to turn-around and do something completely different on a dime in a fast paced, exciting environment.
