Senior Systems Integrator with TS/SCI / Full Scope Polygraph

We are looking for a Senior Systems Integrator to Perform Enterprise-level risk management  to support decisions that optimize technical performance, schedule and cost.Act as single POC for ESI Leads to assigned projects Manage Projects to be prepared for major control gates Lead corporate risk assessment, prioritization and status integration for assigned projects Provide risk and project management consulting Provide enterprise-level assessment of integrated master schedule Lead CIO corporate configuration management Provide performance management and process consultation Project Milestones:  Project Management Team development and support to new and evolving PM Best Practices, Processes and Training
- MS Project schedule with dependancies
- RFC schedule change request
- Consolidated, well-defined and understood Integrated Master Schedule (MS Porject)
- PMF training
- PMF Minimum Control Gates
- Risk Management  training
- PMR status report with Risk Analysis, Schedule Status and Cost Variance Resource - Roles and Responsiblities.
- Advise and assist Project Managers and Project SI's with MS Project schedules, Variance Reports and Analysis Reports
- Receive and consolidate MS Project schedules, Variance Reports and Analysis Reports from projects into consolidated reports representing the project status and submit to ESI Master Scheduler
- Provide expertise, best practice and practical solutions to PM's and leadership in implementation of PM methodologies and processes.

Manadatory Skills:  Working towards the requirements and experience of a Project Management Professional.  Minimum of 10yrs experience in system or software project management.Minimum of 6yrs experience using MS Project to include: Consolidated schedules Tables, views and filters Resource Pools Actual hours vs. estimated hours Resource balancing Milestones at the project summary line
- Extensive knowledge of system life cycle management
- Excellent communications skills

Optional skills:Be certified as a PMPWorking knowledge/experience with other scheduling tool such as PrimeveraWorking knowledge/experience with Earned Value techniquesWorking knowledge of Risk Management tools and methodologyWorking knowledge of Cost-Variance Analysis
