Senior Telephony Consultant

Telephony experts needed to work on Contact Center engagements using in-depth knowledge of Contact Center technologies including Voice Recognition, Voice
Authentication, Switch Capability (Avaya, Cisco) as well as automation solutions (ie., IVR, portal, KM/FAQ management) . US Citizenship preferred but Permanent
Residence acceptable. Prefer candidates to live in the Washington, DC area as our Federal clients will not cover travel expenses. All candidates must have the ability to travel up to 100% if required, depending on client needs.
