Senior Yardi Software Consultant

Nims & Associates is currently looking for a Yardi Software Consultant to join our expanding practice. Prior experience with Yardi Enterprise and Voyager is required with experience in residential and commercial lease administration. Experience in Technical Support, HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit or Public Housing a plus.

You will provide Property Management software support to clients in the following areas: project planning, data conversion, software installation and setup, software implementation, end user training, issue resolution. Good people skills, strong work ethic and pride in service is a must. Primary service area will be northern California. Must be able to travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with Yardi Enterprise and Voyager systems.
- 5+ years experience in professional property management including residential and commercial lease administration.
- Experience in Technical Support, HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit or Public Housing.
- Prior consulting or software implementation experience.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access.
