As a Siebel Configurator / Developer you may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives: Process definition and design, Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis, Siebel application design and prototyping, Siebel development including: configuration, scripting, EIM development, Actuate development, etc.,Test scenario definition, script development, and execution. In this role you will be expected to be capable of successfully interacting with client representatives and functional team members in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Important to your success in this position will also be the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions. Major Field of Study: Bachelors At least 2 years of Siebel implementation experience (7 or 7.5 preferred). Participation in each phase of at least 2 FLC Siebel implementations. Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies. Strong Siebel configuration and scripting experience. Siebel Core Consultant certification (7 or greater). Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills. Consulting / client facing background. Outstanding teamwork skills. Keen attention to detail. Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
