JOB TITLE: Siebel Lead Developer

DURATION: 6 months with possible extensions

LOCATION: Shelton, CT

 


OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for application systems
design, development, and testing using Siebel Tools, Visual Basic,
and Java Script. This position will act as a mentor to application
development staff and enforce build standards and quality controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work with programming staff to establish and enforce standards,
ensure quality and coordinate cross-functional system changes.
? Duties include configuration, programming, testing and
troubleshooting of the existing Siebel environment.
? Responsible for design, development, implementation, and testing of
 applications.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
? Understand business needs and recommend strategies for the future.
? Mentor and assist Siebel development staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelors Degree or 2 ? 5 years IT experience
? Ability to produce implement IT Solutions with limited supervision
? Ability to document solutions clearly and accurately.
? Experience in systems design and implementation.

JOB SPECIFIC:
? Minimum 3-5 years Siebel configuration experience
? Must be proficient with Applet/View/Screen configuration, browser
and server side scripting (including business services).
? Experience in Business Component configuration, EAI/EIM, workflow,
and Siebel smart scripts.
? Minimum 2-4 years Visual Basic, JavaScript, and other programming
experience.
? Minimum 2-3 years Experience in systems design and implementation.
? Project Management and documentation of technical design
? Knowledge of Siebel Analytics and WebMethods is a plus
? Oracle 11i experience is a plus
? Minimal travel
? Must be able to travel outside of USA (Canada).
