The Siebel Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a Siebel initiative, including providing leadership and oversight for any and all functional and technical tasks associated with the delivery. Will leverage deep Siebel experience and will perform standard project management tasks including: defining, developing, and managing work plans, mentoring and developing junior team members, establishing team level standards, processes, and procedures, issue identification and management, etc. Will work with client representatives and other program teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely definition, development, and delivery of all Siebel related work products.

Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills and listening skills Significant consulting/client facing experience (includes Director level and above) Outstanding teamwork skills Keen attention to detail Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities At least 5 years of Siebel implementation experience (at least 1 in 7 or 7.5 preferred) Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Siebel lifecycle implementations Skills required to estimate, propose and sell Siebel engagements Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 Siebel implementations Siebel Business Analyst certification (7 or greater) Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Additionally, experience in any of the following industries is preferred: Telecommunication, Media, and Entertainment.

This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
