Sr. Lean Consultant

Our experts have woven together the methods of Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, Equipment Reliability System/TPM, and Management Systems into a robust operating system. As part of this team, you will provide your expertise in consulting services and business development strategy in the area of Lean Six Sigma for both manufacturing and white collar transaction processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Independently conduct business analysis across any and/or all business processes in any industry.

2. Quickly identify the client?s business issues and develop recommendations for improvement.

3. Deliver significant value and results through implementation support services.

4. Perform the above in the areas of Lean Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Additional responsibilities in overall operations/service related business processes include maintenance, reliability, design engineering, information systems, etc.


Extensive travel from your home office is required. The preferred home office location is within the continental US. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to conduct comprehensive business analysis across an organization and then help the leadership with creating an overall operations improvement strategy. During this process, should be capable of simultaneously creating leadership alignment around the new strategy.

2. Ability to lead Lean Six Sigma and TPM projects to include extensive Design of Experiments (DOE) in manufacturing settings. Master Black Belt certification is preferred.

3. Must have +8 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma implementations across an organization with multiple sites; Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and Kaizen/Rapid Improvement events; visual controls/standard work processes; continuous flow processing; and work cell development/line balancing.

4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

5. Should have excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

6. Should be capable of facilitating teams at executive and shop floor levels.
